Return Policy If you happen to be dissatisfied with your order, you may simply return it to us within the 30 days since it has been shipped, and we will credit you for the full amount of the order minus delivery charges. We also accept the exchanging of the items if you prefer it.
There are several exceptions to this policy:
The items have been used for a while and could not be resold as new ones;
Specially ordered items can be neither returned nor exchanged;
Washed or laundered clothes can be neither returned nor exchanged;
Gift cards and any downloadable software products can be neither returned nor exchanged.

RETURN FORM Please be aware that we are not responsible for anything that happened to the packages on the way to us; you’d better insure the parcel for its full value before sending it and certainly obtain a package tracking number. If the item is obviously damaged due to its improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice, we will not refund it for the full amount. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties, or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the package received is visibly damaged, please note this on the carrier’s receipt or bill and take its copy. Please keep the original package, packing materials and parts intact.
