In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, and we will credit you for the full amount of the order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep the original package, packing materials, and parts intact.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us at mynisususa@gmail.com. You can ask for a refund plus delivery charges or exchange the items. After receiving the item, we will give you a full refund or send you the selected item.
If the item is obviously damaged due to its improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice, we will not refund it for the full amount. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties, or accessories will be subject to a restocking fee.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.Β

There are several exceptions to this policy:
- The items have been used for a while and could not be resold as new ones;
- Washed or laundered clothes can be neither returned nor exchanged;
